Stop Section 13! Why is Andrew Scheer letting Justin Trudeau revive Canadian internet censorship legislation?

Stephen Harper's Conservatives voted to repeal section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act in 2013. Don't let Harper's work be undone. I can't name a more important issue for conservatives, actually. It's more important than taxes, or immigration, or fighting terrorism and respecting our military; it's more important than any trade deal, more important than criminal justice. Because if you don't have free speech, you can't talk meaningfully about any of those other issues.
