How to govern like the Trudeau Liberals: talk big, do little and spend lots of money

The Trudeau government has been signalling that it appreciates Canadians' economic concerns and is determined to tackle them, but so far its approach has been to roll out more spending plans on top of the many previous spending plans some blame as a partial cause of the problem. Their preferred approach to problems is to project an impression of activity while hoping the problems disappear.
