German city uses one tonne heavy concrete Christmas trees to counter terror attacks

Germany's Christmas markets are rapidly changing and will probably never be the same again. This year the Christmas market in Bautzen will have its anti-terror upgrade. One tonne heavy concrete Christmas trees will be installed as barriers to prevent vehicular attacks.
