ACLJ Files Lawsuit Defending "Fired" Trump Supporter

We just filed an urgent new lawsuit to defend a U.S. Navy veteran and a Washington State Park volunteer and part-time employee who was fired after years of dutiful service, because he had pro-Trump bumper stickers on his truck. That's right, even though the stickers were on the back of his personal vehicle, our client, Gary Formhals, was given an ultimatum either to remove the stickers or forfeit his position at the park. It's ludicrous and was clearly intended to punish a U.S. citizen for being a conservative.
