Who speaks for Canada? Not Trudeau, but Jody Wilson-Raybould

This is the worst possible time to be governed by unserious people. The present government is shallow, its management is incompetent, its recklessness (Constitution, budget and vaccines) without precedent and its understanding of the whole country is fatally abridged. They know Ontario, they really know Quebec, and the rest to them is nothing but fog wheat, tundra and a kind of Disneyland - good beaches, Tofino in particular - west of The West.
