Unvaccinated NBA players eligible to play in Toronto under national interest exemption

I know there are a group of people that are choosing not to be vaccinated, but I think the percentage of NBA players and staff is really high. Opposing NBA players who are unvaccinated will be able to enter Canada/play in Toronto vs. Raptors under a 'National Interest Exemption' (covers MLB and NHL too) but will require testing upon entry, league-mandated testing while here and be restricted to hotel and arena.
