The perpetrator who sexually abused Tommy's daughter has pressed charges against Tommy - because he tried to prevent him from leaving the pool before the Police arrived. The Police have not charged the perpetrator - but they arrested Tommy. The daughter has been traumatized and Tommy could potentially face jail time. Probably one of theirs setting Tommy up knowing full well he'd react the way any Father would.
