The Conservative Party Strikes Again

O'Toole's Conservatives reject Jewish candidate over issues related to her religious practice. On March 3, 2021, the Conservative Party of Canada's (CPC) governing body voted to block an Orthodox Jewish candidate from seeking the CPC's nomination in Thornhill, a riding with one of the largest Orthodox Jewish populations in the country.
