It has always been the Democrats who were soft on Russia because inherently their political worldview aligns with the Marxist ideology which has infected that country since the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917, and is what Putin is trying to restore in Russia by rebuilding the Soviet Empire as we witness him invade Ukraine in 2022.
