Notice of Liability to Remove Pornographic Books and Radical LGBTQ Learning Resources
Action4Canada has created a new Notice of Liability advising Trustees, Ministers, Teachers, Librarians et al that they will be held personally liable for exposing minors to any form of pornography/sexually explicit material, activities or organizations promoting sexual deviancy and the exploitation of minors.
Introducing children to this program is a portal for
exposing minors to sexually explicit/pornographic materials (books, magazines,
comic strips), sexually deviancy (such as teaching children to masturbate and
introducing youth to organizations that are involved in exploiting minors).
These are criminal offences according to Section 163.1, Section 152 of the Criminal Code, and
the Canadian Centre for Child
Protection defines
them as sexual abuse.
