Lack of pipelines will cost Canada $15.8 billion this year

A shortage of pipeline capacity is driving down the price of Canadian oil and will cost the country's energy sector CAD$15.8 billion in lost revenues this year, finds a new study released today by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian public policy think-tank.
