I just read Bederman's book and entirely agree with her foundational premise stated by George Orwell in his iconic 1984 quote:

"The omission is the most powerful form of lie, and it is the duty of the historian to ensure that those lies do not creep into the history books."

Bederman's book is a well documented indictment of the media and its deliberate sins of omission. For me, the 36 page Muslim Brotherhood Explanatory memorandum is a far more illuminating text proving the deliberateness of the stealth jihad being waged in North America against the US and Canada, and the media's willing complicity.

The mainstream media are owned by globalists who see the demand for national sovereignty of the US and Israel as an existential threat to their globalist ambitions.

Imam Elkasrawy's unapologetic incitement to murder non-Muslims was buried by the media, and is part of the overarching stealth jihad being waged in North America described with precision in the Memorandum. Similarly, Islam sees the demand for national sovereignty of the US and Israel as an existential threat to their globalist ambitions.

The tone of Bederman's book strikes me as being very similar to the tone of Howard Rotberg's book Tolerism, where both express great difficulty accepting the deliberateness of the Islamic drive to destroy Western civilization.
