Alberta physicians college raids doctor’s office, accesses lawyer’s file
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) raided the office of a Calgary doctor who granted COVID-19 exemptions to patients. "I've been a physician for over 38 years and I'm not against any government policy, but this is starting to feel like harassment." Botha claims that the CPSA administrators accessed 28 patients' files, as well as files pertaining to his lawyer Jeffrey Rath. Rath has filed a lawsuit with the college over vaccine mandates.
