"It drives me absolutely crazy. I respect jihadists more than I respect people in free societies who refuse to speak because the jihadis at least are really committed. They wake up every morning and they have a goal. It's a goal that you and I might find to be execrable but they are committed. Those who sit quietly by while the tsunami of lunacy is coming upon us - I have nothing but distain for them."
